The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a king-sized double bed and the other with two singles.
All beds are fitted with electric blankets, and all bed linen is provided, along with bath, hand and tea towels. The bedrooms have Velux windows and side windows offering wide views over the village and the 9-hole Balvicar golf course to the surrounding countryside and hills. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with a further cupboard on the landing for storing your luggage and a cupboard downstairs for any wet weather gear. The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and basin. There is a second toilet and basin downstairs.
The garden is equipped with garden bench, table and chairs and, facing south-west, can be a real suntrap with spectacular sunsets. Roadside parking is available next to the cottage. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request free of charge. Guests should, however, provide their own cot bedding if required.
