The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a king-sized double bed and the other with two singles.
All beds are fitted with electric blankets, and all bed linen is provided, along with bath, hand and tea towels and a hairdryer. The bedrooms have Velux windows and side windows offering wide views over the village and the 9-hole Balvicar golf course to the surrounding countryside and hills. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with a further cupboard on the landing for storing your luggage and a cupboard downstairs for any wet weather gear. The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and basin. There is a second toilet and basin downstairs.
The garden is equipped with garden bench, table and chairs and, facing south-west, can be a real suntrap with spectacular sunsets. Roadside parking is available next to the cottage. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request free of charge. Guests should, however, provide their own cot bedding if required.
